Aseptic filler is widely used for filling concentrated juice or paste of tomato ,onion, berry,apple etc fruit which after sterilizer.
Operation process:
clamp bag→ clamp lid→ pullout lid→ screw lid→ filling chamber lifting→ filling → valve lifting→ air cylinder lifting, etc.
1.The aseptic filler is composed of independent Simens control system, filling head (single head and double heads for choice, depend on the capacity), inspection window and lifting platform, and metering system (flow meter or electric weighing sensor, depend on the material and volume of aseptic bags).
2.PLC automatic control, touch screen to do parameter setting, the lifting platform can lift automatically during the filling to avoid the second pollution caused by the lifting of filling head.
3. When it reaches the setting volume, filling machine can seal the lid automatically then the lifting platform rotary to prepare the next barrel.
