Special-shaped tablets double color pill pressing machine is a double pressing type capable of automatic revolution and continuous pressing to press raw material in particle form into tablets.
Features:
1.Suitable for double-layer double-color tablet, special shape tablet, ring tablet.
2.Machine cover is fully enclosed structure and stainless steel, internal table-board is made of stainless steel, can protect the surface gloss and prevent cross contamination, in accordance with GMP requirements.
3. Machine with transparent glass door and window, can clearly observe the working state, the side window can be fully open, easy to clean and maintain, all controller and operation are reasonable layout.
4.Frequency conversion device is used to regulate speed, easy operation, run stable, safe and accurate.
5.Equipped with overload protective device, machine can automatically stop when pressure overload.
6.The transmission system is confined in the oil tank under the main machine, it is an independent component which is safe to separate, no pollution, and the transmission parts are infiltrated in oil tank, easy heat dissipation and wear resistance.
