Syringe filling machine function
With the dial wheel intermittently rotating, the syringe barrel is fed by a piece of the organizer and hung on the dial.

In the capping station: the hat is conveyed by the shock plate to the lower side of the small nozzle of the syringe, and then the cap is driven upward by the cylinder. If it is a screw cap, the cap is first sucked by a cap and then sent to the cap. Inside the head, the cap is raised again, rotating while rising, and the cap is screwed onto the syringe head.
Discharge: The dial wheel rotates to the discharge station, and the syringe is pulled down from the dial by the discharge lever, and then the slide is slid down to collect (single slide down).

3.Filling nozzle

Working process:
1. 3.Vacuum of the syringe plugging: The syringe after filling is rotated by the dial to the stoppering position. The rubber stopper is arranged by the oscillator and sent to the top of the syringe through the stopper rail. The stopper is first taken by the stopper rod. Upper, the plug rod and a vacuum body are integrated, while pressing down the syringe seal, vacuuming, and then adding the plug rod to the liquid level of the syringe.
4.Detachment of the finished product: The finished syringe after filling and squeezing can be collected by manual suspension after sliding through a slide.
