This machine is for producing eyeshade mask body .It’s fully automatic from raw material’s feeding to product’s shape forming and final products’ output .Only one operator is needed.

The operator only need place the raw material to feeding frame, and then start the machine. It can produce different type products by changing the cutting roller.

This machine is composed of two parts: automatic film forming machine and film cutting machine, which can complete the automatic molding of 12 boxes of products into boxes in a single operation;The film forming machine feeds the material from the upper and lower layers at the same time. After cooling down by the cooling fan, the film is formed quickly. After meeting at the outlet, the multi-layer material is automatically stacked and automatically cut.
